Millions of informal caregivers give their all to support their ill loved ones every day. We’re working with My Care Friends to make the load a little lighter.
By 2030, all Baby Boomers will be 65 or older, so creating caregiving solutions now can help us better equip caregivers for the future. We launched this pilot with My Care Friends to better understand what support is desired, especially for those assisting patients with dementia and Alzheimer’s. Together with USC experts, we’re testing new interventions that give caregivers practical tools to protect their well-being and sustain the vital care they provide.
We’re gearing up to talk with the CARE Program participants to see how we can make our resources even better. From there, we’ll refine the program with the hope of scaling it nationwide to support the millions of informal caregivers who look after their loved ones every day.
