County\u2014and most of the rest of the country\u2014there\u2019s no system for prioritizing public funds for infrastructure projects that achieve multiple goals, such as improving climate resilience and fulfilling community needs. We partnered with the Infrastructure Justice for LA Coalition (IJLA) to create one and help put $1.6B in annual tax dollars to better serve all Angelenos.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column tribe-has-stacking-order is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"--tribe-stacking-order:0\">\n<p class=\"is-style-default\">In Phase 1, we studied how the current policy falls short and learned how projects that solve multiple problems at once have been overlooked. In Phase 2, we interviewed 45 experts to inform a scorecard that helps public funds go further, setting a new standard for how L.A.
